Perspective

This collection is being built to illustrate what occurs visually when the perspective on an object changes. Sometimes, there is a certain angle that will change the way light reflects upon an object, causing the eye to percieve the image differently. An image can seem to curve, to shrink, to grow, to move from left to right, right to left, up to down, down to up, or stand perfectly still.

Close and Far
Close and Far
Notice how the closet tree still is really really far away.
Down
Down
A down shot.
Left to Right
Left to Right
This shot forces the eye to move from left to right.
Long
Long
This doesn't really illustrate the point of a long shot, i will try to get another here instead, but for now, this will do.
Medium
Medium
Everything seems centered in this shot. The empty track in front of the train is equal to the length of train, the yellow line disects the image in half, everything aligns to the center of the image.
Right to Left
Right to Left
This image forces the eye to move right to left, which is really cool, because everything seems to be reversed and the sign almost looks upside down because you can't quite read it correctly.
Short Shot
Short Shot
Again, this image isnt really adequate.
