I just realized that today is the 4 month aniversery of the launch of this site. That's pretty cool. Just wanted to say that. I improved the daily dose archive a lot. Enjoy.

Right, so around 30 minutes ago I got back from the Joe Strummer Concert at Saint Anne's Warehouse in Brooklyn Newyork, 38 Water St. So of course, because I know none of you went to the concert, in my somewhat drunken tired stupor, I wll do my best to tell the story as it happened.

I didn't have tickets to the show because I honestly believed he wouldn't sell out. I picked up Erika around 8ish and we stopped to get some pizza, the concert began at 8:30. Driving to Brooklyn was easy, until I got off the bridge and had to drive around for like 20 minutes to find parking and the venue, I have never been to that part of brooklyn so it took me time, the bridge fucks up the traffic and all. We get to the door and the guy is like it is sold out. So we are going to turn away, go get some dinner and call it a night when GUESS WHAT? I, or Erika, had this brilliant idea to go ask the box office if they had a ticket. So we told the guy at the door we wanted to ask the box office. We walked in and I asked the person if they could let us in tonight, we were willing to pay extra and such. She said no way. I responded, "Oh but come on! We're from jersey. (a lie) It took me two hours to get here, I got lost like six times, I parked at a hydrant (thats true I did), I really want to get in, you got to get me in!" She said, tell you what, just buy tickets for saturday night, they won't check em and they will let you in. Of course, we did, figuring worst comes to worst we go saturday night.

Well they let us in no problem and they didnt even card me for a beer (I only had one). The concert is awsome, Joe Strummer is really cool, telling the audience about songs, they play some big hits, like Rudie Can't Fail and then they break for two minutes. When they get back on stage the play THE GREATEST FUCKING SET EVER. They covered, really well I might add, Lou Reed- Walk on the Wild Side, The Rommanes - Blitzgrieg Bop, and then played a few more songs. It was amazing. And I swear that Joe Strummer waved at me during walk on the wilde side, because I was at least 5 years younger then anyone there and was jumping and shouting and such (cause no one was moving during that song), so he really saw me. Right, to go on. The ancore was nice and the concert was a smash.

I then had some dinner with Erika at Le Express on 23rd and Park, it was nice, had two more beers, Rosted Rabbit, which was not that good. That was pretty much the end of the night. Pretty sweat huh?

Okay back to site stuff. So I fixed some errors people were having, including one with the Prom Application (my bad). Also, I added a Rate this Site link on the side of the index, I would really like it if everyone could click there and give me a bright green, The Best, rating, cause then more people will come and I will be famous and rich and make the site even better. Also, I thought people would like to see my house so here is an arial photo:

See thats the roof, the green one in the red dot. Those are my neighboors and my hood. It looks Rural, but Broadway is like 5 blocks east from my house and that has the 1 Subway track, which is probably the best subway track (goes all the way downtown on the westside). So while I dont live in manhatten, I am at a good distance and I get a nice neighboorhood. Okay well that is it for tonight.
