Much later that night...
Okay, so as of this very second, to post comments you must have an activated account. It takes 1-2 minutes to create an account, go do that and I will never ever edit/remove your comments again. Billy Elliot was okay, a little bit undeveloped. I guess I just feel guilty about giving my sister advice, as I do not know if I ever dealt with my mom correctly. I just blow her off and do my own thing. I do not pay attention when she tells me I am wasting my time on a website, or a story, and should be working harder in school. It is hard for a kid who trusts their parents completely to hear unjustified criticsm from them. It hurts hearing your mom tell you that she doesn't approve of something you love. And my mom does that a lot. (this turned out to be a pretty personal post).
I got a new discman today. I bought it online last night www.amazon.com and picked it up today at circut city. I got the RIO SP90 and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an MP3 CD player. I posted my resume and an FAQ today. Go look at them. Also I worked on this book I am trying to write, but only got a paragraph done. I am kinda lost in terms of plot. I am going to be writing a lot this weekend, I promise. I figure by the weekend I will have the backend of the site pretty much done and the new features will be online (the projects section and something called paraSITE). Monday will be a big day for the site. Okay, I am going to send out a mailing list letter and then go to sleep, it is pretty late (3am). Goodnight
Much Earlier...
The user registration is done. You can register here and when I redesign the site (like 2 weeks) I will have a better link to it. On all the pages where registration is required, a link to register is there, so dont worry. As of 10pm the registration code has not been placed on any page but I am putting it on the Daily Dose submit tonight fo show.
anyway...I am going to watch Billy Elliot in like 5 minutes, I just wanted to post this.
My mom is driving me crazy. I mean last night, it was me crazy, and tonight it is my sister crazy. I don't want my sister to go have the same teenage experience as I did and I just don't see how she will have anything different with my mom, so that sucks a lot, cause she is such a cute little girl. The problem with my parents is about encouragement. They never encouraged me to do anything (really, anything) except school work. And I mean that's sick, you need something fun in your life, and moreover, feeling good - better than you feel about the work you do - about the fun things is very important. Helps you prioritize things. But my parents, they do not encourage happiness, they encourage work. And for some sick reason, my brother likes working. It worked for him, he is older, and he never fought with my mom...but me and my sister are more into just hanging out with freinds...my mom doesn't get that. Eh...I am not doing a good job explaining the issue...I will address it when it isnt depressing me as much. Goodnight everyone. I hope Billy Elliot can chear me up.
